Abstract

Recently, By the climatic change and increased resistance to antibiotics, diseases with atypical fever are increasing. FUO(Fever unknown origin) is defined´ as fever persisting for 1~3weeks which origins are not found. through the reports of two clinical cases presenting FUO, I pretend to show the orient-medical and west-meical approachs to FUO.
